Environmental Policies
ADAC Automotive is responsible for and committed to reducing adverse environmental impacts from its manufacturing activities,
products, and services. Senior management at ADAC Automotive demonstrates this commitment through establishing, implementing and
maintaining an environmental management system (EMS) in conformance to the ISO14001 EMS Standard.
The Statements of Practice identified below in ADAC's Environmental Policy are concise assertions of our environmental philosophy.
Statements of Practice:
- We will utilize all elements of the EMS to demonstrate our commitment to the following:
- Continual improvement of the EMS,
resulting in an overall improvement of environmental
performance and regulatory compliance.
- Prevention of pollution from our new and existing processes that do have, or may have
the potential for, significant environmental impacts.
- Compliance with relevant
environmental legislation and regulations.
- We will
maintain an Environmental Management Program to set and periodically review environmental
objectives and targets created from the identified significant environmental
aspects and associated impacts from our operations. The EMS Management Representative oversees
the program, administers the other elements of the EMS and reports on their status to ADAC Automotive senior management
to ensure continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness.
- The Environmental Policy is communicated to all ADAC employees.
Inquiries regarding ADAC
Automotive environmental aspects and the EMS should be directed to the Environmental Health and Safety
